Ordering from Quinnsnacks.com is subject to product availability. After an order has been placed it will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. For all orders, there is an option to select Standard 3-7 Day Shipping or Priority 1-3 Day Shipping.
Your previous orders can be viewed and reordered from your account page on the site.
Cancellations: once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel it but if you reach out to email@example.com we will do our best to cancel and refund your order before it is shipped.
Subscriptions are available for select products. To subscribe to a product, select “Subscribe and Save” pricing before adding an item to your cart. Once a subscription order has been placed, orders will be placed automatically and your payment method will be charged in the frequency you have elected for the subscription. Subscriptions can be managed from your account page where you are able to modify or cancel your subscription.
Standard Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more and $9.99 for orders under $100. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $25 for orders up to $49.99 and $25 for orders over $50. Shipments to AK or HI may take up to 20 days to be delivered. Priority Shipping is available for for a premium depending on your order value. All shipments to AK or HI are shipped USPS Priority. We are able to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses but this may take 20 days to be delivered in some cases.
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Then, once your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Risk of lost shipments: The risk of loss shall pass to you as soon as your order is delivered to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process. It is your sole responsibility to provide a safe and correct shipping address accessible to common carriers. You hereby release us from any and all liability in the event you (a) provide an incorrect delivery address during the checkout process and/or (b) fail to collect the merchandise from the delivery address you provide during the checkout process.
Refunds & Returns
Returns are not accepted as a measure to protect our fulfillment partners from the COVID-19 virus. If there is an issue with your shipment or your product(s), reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to resolve the issue. In many cases we will refund an order, provide replacement product, or provide a discount code for use on future orders.
