Gluten free brown rice flour is a foundational and regeneratively grown ingredient in all our snacks. Instead of discarding broken rice grains, Quinn partners with Ralston Family Farms to transform them into a high-quality flour, creating a sustainable supply chain solution that maximizes farm outputs and minimizes waste. More to love about them: their on-site solar powers 100% of the farm, and they farm using the 5 regenerative farming pillars.
Sorghum is a naturally gluten free, non-GMO ancient grain whose origins can be traced back 8,000 years to what is presently Egypt and Sudan. It is inherently drought tolerant and known to be among the most efficient crops in the conversion of solar energy.
We use only high oleic, expeller-pressed sunflower oil—a monounsaturated alternative that’s anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamin E and antioxidants. We work with Colorado Mills, which pulls from 100 family-owned farms and is an ideal growing region for maximizing oil content and fatty acid profiles.
